Favorite Baby Items

Below is a list of some of our favorite items as parents and some of Noah’s favorite items as well. I have added our experience with each item and why it made the “favorites list.” All items have a link to but the first item is its own website. Happy shopping.

EZPZ cups

Why we love it: Noah loves this transition cup and his daycare was in love with them right away. Check out this site for neat meal time items.

Custom Baby Bottle Labels for Daycare Blue Pink or Orange 4 Pack Sippy Cup Labels Personalized Bands

Why we love it: These are similar to the silicone bracelets that people wear, usually supporting a local charity etc. These fit on the Dr. Brown’s bottles listed below, we also affix them to the EZPZ cup above, and any sippy or straw cup. We have one attached to the bottle bag that we put Noah’s bottles in for daycare and anything else that needs his name on it. Way better than using a sharpie marker that wears off. A bonus, they are dishwasher safe.

Babyganics Foaming Dish & Bottle Soap , Fragrance Free, 32oz, 2 Pack,

Why we love it: This soap works great and has no scent. Safe for all.

Munchkin Bottle and Cup Cleaning Brush-4 piece set with key ring

Why we love it: These brushes are perfect for each part of your brush or other cup parts and you can throw the whole thing into the dishwasher periodically. Convenient with a key ring so that no parts get lost.

Dr. Brown's Bottle Brush, Blue

Why we love it: This brush works well with cleaning any baby bottle and gets in there well to clean all areas. Toss it into the dishwasher periodically.

Munchkin Click Lock Weighted Straw Cup

Why we love it: Noah loves his straw cup and it does not spill. Make sure you hear the click when putting on the lid or there will be a mess.

Dr. Brown’s Options + Baby Bottles, 8 oz./250ml narrow bottle, blue nature designs 4 pack

Why we love it: Noah holds his own bottle now and this bottle is slim and easy to hold. These bottles have inserts to assist with spit up and taking in excess air. They are a pain to clean as they have more parts than a normal bottle but it is no big deal.

Dr. Brown’s Formula Mixing Pitcher

Why we love it: Once bottles are made, they are good in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. We make Noah’s bottles the night before using the pitcher then put as much as we want in each bottle and put them in the fridge. To warm the next day, we fill a large cup with very hot water and let the bottle sit for 5-7 minutes.

Dreft Blissfuls in-wash scent booster beads, baby fresh

Why we love it: Dreft used to have the best smelling laundry soap for babies and they got rid of it earlier this year. These booster beads smell exactly the same and we mix them with Noah’s laundry. We use unscented laundry soap (All Free & Clear). Nothing smells better than fresh baby.

Corn Baby Toothbrush, Self-Soothing Pain Relief Soft Baby Teething Toys, Training Kids Toothbrush for Babies, Toddlers, Infants, Boy and Girl,

Natural Organic BPA Free, 3+ Months, Corn Teether

Why we love it: It is easy to hold and has a toothbrush at the end. Noah chews on this constantly.

Giggles Haven 5-Pack Teething Toys - BPA-Free Silicone Fruit Baby Teether Toys

Why we love it: Noah loves these different fruit teethers. Put some in the fridge to stay cool as well. Never put teethers in the freezer as they are too cold for babies.

Nuby Soothing Banana Teether, Yellow

Why we love it: Noah loves this banana and takes it everywhere.

Dr. Brown's Flexees Friends Silicone Teether, Purple Octopus

Why we love it: The edges are rigid and assist with teething. It provides a different texture on the gums and Noah loves this octopus.

Muslin Burp Cloths 6 Pack Large 100% Cotton Hand Washcloths 6 Layers Extra Absorbent and Soft (White, Pack of 6)

Why we love it: Noah uses these as his security blanket and always rubs his face with them or carries them around. They are very soft and large enough for spit up or plain comfort while feeding or for use anytime really.

Philips Avent Dect Audio Baby Monitor SCD720/86

Style: SCD720/86 |

Why we love it: Very easy to use and incredible quality. We tried different monitors and there was static or interference. Our house is filled with any type of technology you could imagine and we still have a clear sound. There is no video but the sound is on point.

Fisher-Price Deluxe Kick 'n Play Piano Gym, Green, Gender Neutral (Frustration Free Packaging)

Why we love it: When Noah was little, he would use this for tummy time or he would lay on his back and kick the piano. Now that he sits unassisted, he sits at the piano and plays the keys. He even changes the modes on it all by himself. He will use this for quite some time as it is a great learning tool as well. It acts as a piano, provides colors, shapes, numbers and animal sounds as well as fun music that will be stuck in your head all day, every day.

Burt's Bees Baby - Fitted Crib Sheet, Solid Color, 100% Organic Cotton Crib Sheet for Standard Crib and Toddler Mattresses (Sky Blue)

Why we love it: Simple yet effective and comfortable, the end.

Munchkin Letters and Numbers Bath Toys, 36 Count

Why we love it: As a blind mother, these will be helpful to teach Noah his letters and numbers someday but for now, he chews on them constantly.

Lekebaby Breast Milk Cooler Bag with Contoured Ice Pack Fits 6 Breastmilk Baby Insulated Bottle Tote Bag for Nursing Mothers, Grey

Why we love it: This bag has worked wonders when transporting bottles to and from daycare. The ice pack has slots/indentions so that when you place bottles in it, they do not tip or spill.
